• What information is needed to book a party? When do I pay for my party? Can I run a tab for extras?

- We will need the first and last name of the birthday child, their age, the name of the person booking the party, their phone number, what time and date you plan on arriving, which party plan you want, whether or not you want a theme room, and a "ballpark" number of guests you'll be expecting.

- You will pay your Party Pro for everything at the end of your party. You are not required to leave a deposit at the time of booking.

- All "extras" you may need during your party like Glow Zone or Snackbar items, you will get through your Party Pro, who will keep track of everything and bill you at the end of your party.

• What do we do when we arrive? Do I need to show up early? What about guests that come early/late?

- Always check-in at the cashier window upon arriving. All your guests need to check-in at the window as well to get their hand stamped/wristband so they can participate in the activities. Your Party Pro will meet you at the cashier window while you are checking-in. They will show you to your tables, they will take care of you during your party time, and you will pay your Party Pro for everything at the end of your party.

- You do not need to show up early. Any guests that arrive before or after you will simply check-in at the cashier window and we will send them to your party area.

• What do I need to bring? Can I bring in my own decorations? Can I bring in my own food and/or drinks?

- Our slogan is, "You bring the cake, we'll take care of the rest!" Classic has most everything you might need for a birthday party. (Cups, Plates, Utensils, Napkins, Candles, Cake Knives, Balloons, Etc.)

- Yes, you can bring in your own decorations.

- We do not allow outside pizza or drinks, but other food items you may want to bring are allowed.

• How many tables will I be able to use? How long can I use them? What about seating for adults?

- Each party will get 2 hours use of 2 party tables which seat up to 16 guests. Additional party tables will be available for larger parties.

- Generally you may use the tables longer than the 2 hours unless they are reserved for other parties after yours. (Ask your Party Pro once you arrive)

- We only provide reserved seating for paid party guests. Spectating adults may use the party tables while the kids are out playing. (Which is most of the time!)

• Do I need to bring a guest list with me? How does Classic know how many guests to charge me for?

- No. When your guests arrive they must check-in at the cashier window under your birthday childs name. We will write down the name of your guest, give them a stamp/wristband, and send them to your party area.

- Classic uses this check-in list, along with the number of guests our Party Pro's serve to verify the exact amount of guests you must pay for. Adults that are spectating only will not get a stamp or be added to the check-in list.

• Who do I have to pay for? Do adults have to pay? What about really young kids?

- ALL ages must pay! PARENT spectators and really young kids (toddlers/infants) who are NOT participating in ANY activities are FREE.

- However, if any adult, toddler or infant wants to participate in an activity (ie. skating, bouncing, the jungle, blast zone or laser tag) but does not want to be counted as a party guest, they may simply pay the regular admission price for the activity they choose. (skating - $7 bouncing - $7 the jungle - $7 blast zone - $7 laser tag - $7) OTHERWISE, they need to be counted as a party guest to participate.

• What if the number of guests that actually show is different from the number I reserved for?

- No problem! We will set-up for the number of guests you are expecting. However, if more or less show than that, we will simply adjust the number of place settings as needed. You will only have to pay for the number of guests that actually show-up.* (*Minimum 7 Guests - Funtastic & Unlimited Plans & Minimum 10 Guests - Semi-Private Plan)

• How long will we have our host for? How will I find my host when I need them? Am I expected to tip them?

- Usually it takes about 2 hours to do a party. You will meet your Party Pro when you first arrive and they will assist you with your party needs. Once the party is finished, your Party Pro will bring you your bill. After paying, you are still welcome to stay and play until closing time.

- Your Party Pro will be checking-up on your party continually. If, by chance, you need them and they're not right there, just find ANY employee and they can locate your Party Pro immediately. At the beginning of your party, your Party Pro will give you an information sheet with their name on it--keep this sheet handy as it can answer a lot of your questions.

- We don't call them Party Pro's for nothing! They will work really hard so you don't have to. It is customary to tip between 10% - 20% of the bill for Party Hosts.

• Can we bring in our own skates, blades and scooters from home? How much do they cost to rent from Classic?

- Yes! Let your guests know that they should bring skates, blades, and scooters from home if they have them.

- Rollerskate rental is free with all our party plans. Rollerblade and Scooter Rentals are $3.00.

• What kind of pizza do you have? How big are they? How much are they? How many guests will they feed?

- - We offer JUMBO 16" Cheese, Pepperoni, Hawaiian, and Meat Lover's Pizzas that are cut into 16 slices. ($9 for cheese & pepperoni, $11 for hawaiian and meat lover's) if purchased with a party plan (Reg. Price - $12/$14)

• How do I order pizzas? Do I need to order pizzas ahead of time?

- You will order pizzas through your Party Pro the day of the party. Pizzas only take 15-20 minutes to prep and cook, so there is no need to order them prior to the day of your party.

- Coordinate with your Party Pro a time you would like to have your pizzas ready to eat, and they'll make sure it happens on time!

• Can I add unlimited drinks for the adults?

- Yes! ($1.00 per cup) Your Party Pro will already be bringing out unlimited drinks for your regular paying party guests. For $1.00 per cup, non-participating guests can also have unlimited drinks.

• Where do we get our $3 activity tickets from? Where do we redeem them?

- In order to sign-up for activities, you must first get an activity ticket from your Party Pro. (Funtastic Plan Only) Your Party Pro is the only person that can give them to you. They will keep track of how many tickets you use and you will be billed $3 for each ticket at the end of your party.

- Redeem your tickets at the skate counter for all activities/rentals. In order to get a wristband for the Bounce Zone or The Jungle, or entrance cards for the Blast Zone or Laser Tag you must first have your hand stamped at the cashier window. Skate counter attendants can only put wristbands or give entrance cards to guest that have the proper stamp.

• Can each of the guests pick a different $3 activity add-on, or do we all have to choose the same one?

- Each activity ticket is good for 1 choice between 6 items: 1. Bouncing (1 Hour) 2. Jungle (1 Hour) 3. Blast Zone (30 Minutes) 4. Laser Tag (1 15 Minute Game) 5. Tokens (20 Tokens) 6. Rental ($3 Value) Each guest can pick the activity he/she chooses. They do not all have to pick the same activity.

• What if we have more than one birthday child? Will each of them get to do the birthday wheel & prize cube?

- 1 spin on the birthday wheel and 1 trip inside the prize cube is included free with a party plan (Semi-Private Plan Excluded) Add on $10 for each additional birthday child for both activities--or just $5 per activity.

• If we only have small children in our party who don't skate, can we substitute one of the other activities in place of skating?

- Unfortunately not! Skating is included free with all our party plans. However, check-out our Semi-Private parties on Saturdays from 10 - Noon. The Semi-Private Party Package is especially designed for younger kids (8yrs old & younger) and includes unlimited Bouncing, The Jungle, and Blast Zone (as well as Skating)

• What day of the week tends to be the least busy? Is there a discount for parties held on the weekdays (Mon-Thur)?

- Certainly weekdays (M-Th) tend to be less busy than the weekends. However, due to the many groups (schools, churches, etc.) that have parties at Classic, any day of the week can get busy. Call our reservation line at any time and we'll give you our best idea as to how busy any given session might be. (1-801-255-3535)

- Any party held on a Monday - Thursday will receive $2.00 off regular party plan pricing per guest.

• What forms of payment does Classic accept?

- Classic accepts all major credit cards and cash. Checks are NOT accepted!

• Can I get more than the 100 tokens provided for my party guests?

- The Unlimited Party Plan comes with an additional 100 game tokens. Otherwise you can purchase additional tokens through your Party Pro at 10¢ per token.

• What is the Comment Card and when do we fill it out?

- At the end of your party, your Party Pro will deliver a comment card with a Free Skating Pass attached. Please keep the Free Skating Pass good on any return visit. The comment card is to help us to continually improve our parties. Your comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated! Please tell us how we're doing!

• How soon in advance do I need to reserve my party?

- At least a day in advance. However, in order to get a specific Themed Birthday Party Room at a specific time, you may need to book a couple of weeks in advance, especially for Saturdays. Also, our Semi-Private Saturday morning parties book-up fast and may also require your reservation a couple weeks in advance.

• Nobody answers the reservation line and I've left several messages that haven't been returned, what should I do?

- We try to personally answer every phone call as they come in. (Even past our normal office hours--M-F 9am-7pm) Often times we are on the other line when you call. If this happens, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. (Always within 24 hours) If you have done this and still haven't heard back from us, it is most likely because we couldn't understand your message (ie. heard the phone number wrong.) Please keep trying, and of course leave clear, concise messages always repeating your name and phone number. Thanks!

• Can I rent one of Classic's Themed Birthday Party Rooms without purchasing one of Classic's Party Plans?

- Yes! The price is the same with or without a party plan. ($10 per hour - minimum 2 hours) However, if you do not have a party plan, you will be responsible for paying regular admission prices. The $10 per hour only covers the charge for the room not your admissions!

• Can I come in and do a party on my own without purchasing one of Classic's Party Plans?
